FORCE 9 / FIA CR-09 (Far Infrared Catalytic Reduction Facility.)
FORCE 9 is a “Non-incineration, far infrared catalytic reduction plant” designed to stabilize carbon residue outputs from URBAN RIG devices and safely carbonize other toxic/hazardous wastes.
It utilizes a newly patented technology to solve the issue of harmful substances being mixed in ashes and other carbon residues from conventional incinerators, so that the content can then be used as a recycled resource.
In conventional incinerators, heavy metals convert to metal which easily dissolve to water (oxides and chlorides). With this new technology, those heavy metals undergo catalytic reduction to be converted into non-water dissolvent sulfur compounds, which is then processed into a stable harmless metal by using ceramic catalyst at low temperature of about 400℃. The treated waste can be used as fertilizers, dehydrating agents, cleaning agents, soil conditioners, construction materials, etc.

PRIMO/Exhaust Gas Purification Facility
PRIMO adopts the same NOx (Nitrogen Oxides) removal system as standard equipment installed at thermal power plants and oil/coal burning petroleum facilities all over the world. It utilizes ammonia mist shower to decompose NOx and desulphurize SOx (Sulphur Oxides), and it also remove dust and odor for exhaust gas purification.

SEA CORAL/Water purifying Ceramic
This technology extracts pure water from wastewater using special ceramic and vaporization heat principle. The SEA CORAL ceramic absorbs water molecules from wastewater, then release it as vapor with the help of air blowing. Pure water is condensed from the saturated steam via another set of SEA CORAL ceramic.
The “Sea Coral System” is a mechanism that extracts pure water from contaminated water using two sets of sea coral catalysts, one set used to separate water molecules from residual contamination, and another set used to condense and extract pure water. The extracted water is completely free of minerals (including arsenic). To increase the efficiency of process, air is blown onto Sea Coral to cause vaporization heat.
